Information, regulation of administration
These documents contain the conditions of the establishment and later functioning of the fund. Among these the most important conditions are: investment politics of the fund, the fund, expenses chargable to investors, rules of distribution of investment shares. Moreover the introduction of investment fund and the custodian, or other institutions cooperating in the function of the fund can be found here. Information and the studying of the regulation of administration is the fundamental interest of every investor before decision making on investment. Considering that these documents are too large and difficult, the Law ordains for the funds to prepare a shortened information package, which contains the most important information for the investors and easy to understand.
